The Morning of Saturday March 20th - Sunrise is at 6:03 am. Gates will open around 5:30 am * Time depends on when it is deamed to be 'light enough' to safely enter.
This is usually around 30 minutes before Sunrise, but depends on the weather. The length of time for access varies but is usually at least an hour.
